Private stairway access, unique sea-themed decor, honesty bar with a good selection
The absence of some modern amenities could leave you feeling a bit out of touch!!! Plus, not all rooms offer optimal views, which might be a letdown for sea lovers!!!

Perfect stay for a cozy getaway!
Spent 3 nights in a lovely deluxe double room. The host was super chill and helped with my dietary stuff, which was awesome. Loved the decor. everything felt cozy and tidy. Had the chance to cook in the kitchen, which I totally appreciated. Only wish the bathroom was a bit bigger, but overall, it was a fab experience.

It was just a great match for a holiday in Milford on Sea with very good value for money. The bed, while a bit squeaky, was comfortable enough for my short stay. Bring your own ground coffee for breakfast if you prefer it over instant.

The homemade pastries at breakfast were to die for, giving me life every morning! The host, Steve, was a top bloke, ensuring everything was just right. On top of that, the access to the cozy kitchen and lounge made it feel like home.
Now, I ain't picky, but a cheeky cup of real ground coffee instead of instant would’ve been the cherry on top! Still, it didn’t dim the shine of this fab spot.
